Service Description

The focus of 'Yin' is to strengthen and nourish the fascia, joints and ligaments of the body. This class is a series of long-held floor poses and unlike other style, we stay completely still. Relaxing into the shapes, our intention is to soften the body completely to revitalise the connective tissue.
