Service Description

As the name suggests, 'Flow' encompasses smooth flowing transitions between poses. This is our most dynamic style of yoga suited to beginners through to advanced. Intending to build heat, strength & balance, we offer variations to suit all ability levels, enabling you to modify your practice as need be.
